Job satisfaction and organizational commitment that play a very important role in the growth survival of organizations reduce delays layoffs employees increase level efficiency effectiveness organizations. The study, entitled “Investigating Relationship between Satisfaction Organizational Commitment from Perspective Professors Administrative Staff Al Dar University College is descriptive–correlation al study. Its main purpose was to study relations hip job commitment. statistical population professors staff Aldar College. Due small number this institution, all them (53) have been included research. In required information collected by two questionnaires analyzed using software its descriptive inferential results are described tables which Descriptive method describes variables satisfaction. (nature work, co-workers, opportunities payments) (emotional commitment, continuous commitment) analysis correlation test or Pearson hypotheses analyze relationship addressed. research show majority institution satisfied with their work; but they not behavior attitude supervisors.
